It's Kayla Hodges

I'm a passionate speaker and the founder of Elite Sales Women. I noticed a lack of sales training programs tailored for women, so I created one.

I've succeeded in various sales fields, but I saw the need for more support for women. That led me to develop the R.E.D. Method (Real Empowering Disarming Questions), using psychology and leadership principles to help women succeed in sales across different industries.

Beyond sales, I'm dedicated to making a difference for women everywhere. I visit communities with limited opportunities, teaching vital sales skills to help women escape tough situations like domestic violence. My mission is to change lives, one woman at a time.
